With over 23 years of experience in the project management, design and construction industry, Project Manager Kembly Céspedes has successfully managed over $700 million in volume of complex projects, including hospitality, airport renovations, residential master plans and high-profile construction developments.

As a Project Manager and Architect throughout the years, Kembly has focused on managing the entire project life-cycle — scheduling, architecture & interior design, inspection, purchasing, imports, site construction, FF&E, staffing, and profitability. Her learned knowledge and experience executing and delivering is the foundation of all her project management strategies, leading multiple projects across Costa Rica. While it is a challenging industry, this Project Manager takes pride in solving the difficult problems to achieve the client’s goals.

He brings more than 20 years of experience in web development and marketing, and leads ASG’s digital presence, brand positioning and project marketing — from web platforms and product presentation through to campaign strategy for developments taken to market.

He works alongside investors, developers and operators from first contact through delivery, making sure the commercial structure of every engagement matches the technical reality of the project.
